The duo Ampscent is formed by the experienced multidisciplinary artists Jacek Doroszenko (keyboards, synthesizers, and electronics) and Marcin Sipiora (synthesizers and electronics), presenting in this homonymous album an advanced musical style where the conceptual eclecticism acquires sonorous foundations typical of the industrial scene, experimental, high-tech ambient, harsh electronics… of advanced futuristic character. This year 2023, the magnificent album “Ampscent” was officially presented in mid-May through the prestigious Polish record label Zoharum, having been released in digital format and in this limited edition of 300 units in six-panel CD digipak with fold-out booklet. In this eponymous album, the duo Ampscent has included two of the three tracks that vertebrated their EP “Nothing But The World” (tracks “Boiling Field” and “Nothing But The World”), debut album also published by the label Zoharum in January of this year, being this album finally vertebrated with six striking musical tracks of authentic avant-garde, as it can be verified and enjoyed by the music lovers readers of Lux Atenea who acquire this musical work. Without further delay, we start listening to this masterpiece immersing ourselves in the harsh sonic atmosphere of the first track “Hospitality”, where there is no concession to balance or randomness. Its musical structure acquires these industrial planes as a sequential base, while experimental brushstrokes and flashing high-tech ambient sound chromatisms bewitch us by their talented definition. Listening again to the track “Hospitality” will be mandatory precisely because of this forceful demonstration of avant-garde musical art, paying attention to every sound plane, to every detail, and to every sonic particularity. Even fleeting post-industrial presences appear and disappear in this composition, as if they were sonorous comets furrowing this avant-garde musical structure. Here, where this conceptual scenario mutates and reconfigures itself conceptually crossing several frontiers, it ends up revealing itself experimental in its artistic vision but amalgamating the industrial with the high-tech ambient with great talent. Emotionally cold, the theme “Boiling Field” invites us to contemplate these mechanical entrails exposed to our attentive gaze, and with futuristic airs of captivating beauty that envelop you by its crystalline iridescence. Structurally, the composition “Boiling Field” is exquisite and hedonistic for its innovative conceptual essence, being one of the most resplendent and magnetic tracks of this album, “Boiling Field”, impressive!!!!
In the track “Arrival”, the duo Ampscent delves into these new avant-garde conceptual spaces seeking artistic beauty above all else. Experimental sound winds flowing in this ambient environment to seduce the music lover with so much musical splendor in its pure state. El dúo Ampscent está formado por los experimentados artistas multidisciplinares Jacek Doroszenko (teclados, sintetizadores, y electrónica) y Marcin Sipiora (sintetizadores y electrónica), presentando en este álbum homónimo un avanzado estilo musical donde el eclecticismo conceptual adquiere fundamentos sonoros propios de la escena industrial, experimental, high-tech ambient, harsh electronics… de avanzado carácter futurista. Este año 2023, el magnífico álbum “Ampscent” fue presentado oficialmente a mediados del mes de mayo a través del prestigioso sello discográfico polaco Zoharum, habiendo sido publicado en formato digital y en esta edición limitada de 300 unidades en digipak CD de seis paneles con libreto desplegable. En este álbum homónimo, el dúo Ampscent ha incluido dos de los tres temas que vertebraron su EP “Nothing But The World” (temas “Boiling Field” y “Nothing But The World”), ópera prima publicada también por el sello Zoharum en el mes de enero de este mismo año, quedando este álbum finalmente vertebrado con seis impactantes temas musicales de auténtica vanguardia, como así podrán comprobarlo y disfrutarlo los melómanos lectores de Lux Atenea que adquieran esta obra musical. Una ventana sonora abierta al futuro conceptual de esta escena electrónica non-mainstream donde Ampscent presenta una perspectiva creativa fascinante, siendo este álbum un agujero espacio-tiempo que se abre para poder ver y sentir cómo será esta escena artística dentro de unos años. Sin más demora, iniciamos la audición de esta magna obra sumergiéndonos en la áspera atmósfera sonora del primer tema “Hospitality”, donde no hay concesión alguna al equilibrio o al factor aleatorio. Su estructura musical adquiere estos planos industriales como base secuencial, mientras pinceladas experimentales y destellantes cromatismos sonoros high-tech ambient nos embrujan por su talentosa definición. Escuchar de nuevo el tema “Hospitality” será obligatorio precisamente por esta contundente demostración de arte musical de vanguardia, prestando atención a cada plano sonoro, a cada detalle, y a cada particularidad sonora. Hasta fugaces presencias post-industriales aparecen y desaparecen en esta composición, como si fueran cometas sonoros surcando esta estructura musical de vanguardia. Adentrándonos luego en el alocado y fluctuante tema experimental “Intro”, su aura distópica irá aumentando en este intenso y siniestro caleidoscopio sonoro que nos dirigirá directamente al tema “Boiling Field”. Aquí, donde este escenario conceptual muta y se reconfigura conceptualmente traspasando varias fronteras, termina revelándose experimental en su visión artística pero amalgamando lo industrial con el high-tech ambient con sumo talento. Emocionalmente frío, el tema “Boiling Field” nos invita a contemplar estas entrañas mecánicas expuestas a nuestra atenta mirada, y con aires futuristas de cautivadora belleza que te envuelven por sus iridiscencias cristalinas. Estructuralmente, la composición “Boiling Field” es exquisita y hedonista por su innovadora esencia conceptual, siendo uno de los temas más resplandecientes y magnéticos de este álbum. ¡¡¡“Boiling Field”, impresionante!!!

Hasta secuencias industriales que reflejan suciedad y humedad volverán más denso e irrespirable este entorno, observando toda esta coreografía en movimiento con la sensación de estar descubriendo algo nunca antes escuchado. “Nothing But The World” es un latido, es debilidad y decadencia, es el metal inorgánico que sigue moviéndose perpetuamente hasta el último segundo de energía. Con el tema “Meta Scenery” desvelando un nuevo continente virtual en expansión, la clausura de esta obra maestra es sublime por su definición sonora, entrecruzándose conceptualmente el high-tech ambient con lo experimental, además de incorporar avanzados planos musicales harsh electronics e industriales que te lanzan de lleno a sentir ese futuro digital que ya empieza a asomarse en el horizonte tecnológico.
